We're now seeking a dynamic Community Manager to become the voice of PRINT3R in online communities and help us foster strong relationships with our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement:
- Actively monitor and engage with users across various platforms including Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and others.
- Address community questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Content Creation:
- Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to create engaging posts, updates, and announcements.
- Organize and host community events such as AMAs (Ask Me Anything), webinars, or contests.
- Feedback Loop:
- Gather feedback from the community, synthesize it, and communicate with internal teams to help drive platform improvements.
- Identify common questions or concerns and develop strategies to address them proactively.
- Growth and Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture our online communities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions that can boost community engagement and growth.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Use analytics tools to track community health metrics, user engagement, and growth.
- Provide regular reports on community status, challenges, and opportunities.
- Moderation:
- Ensure that community interactions remain positive, respectful, and adhere to our guidelines.
- Manage a team of community moderators (if applicable) to ensure 24/7 community support.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of decentralized finance and trading platforms is a MUST.
- Proven experience in community management, ideally within the crypto or DeFi sector.
- Exceptional communication skills and a genuine love for engaging with users.
- Ability to handle critical situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in using community management tools and analytics platforms.
